This place is in a great location, close to everything you need, and the staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The location was nice, next to restaurants and bars. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient.

The hotel was nearby the autoroute to the south. Although it was close to a busy trafficroad, we were not troubled by any noise. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has the supermarket Lidl next door. The staff speaks fluently english and are very helpfull and kind.

The shower didn't operate properly. For five persons we only had 1 soap.

I really liked the decor here and found it ideal for a one-night stay with soundproof, comfortable rooms and cozy beds that made me want to extend my stay.

The thing that I liked best about the hotel was the warm welcome & helpfulness of the staff.

My only criticism was that the hotel was difficult to find in the dark!

We arrived late but one push on the intercom at the locked car park gave us immediate entry to a safe and secure area, the receptionist was very helpful and could speak at least 3 languages. This is a lovely hotel that most importantly for us allows pets and has 24 hour receptionist.

It is not too easy to find, we made the mistake of taking a wrong turn and found ourselves back on the A75, but worth the extra effort to find it.

The hotel's location in a commercial area was convenient and ideal.

The receptionist was so very welcoming and spoke fluent english and made us feel at home after a stressful drive, and directed us to a great restaurant just nearby. There were 15 restaurants to choose from, all open late into the evening. The breakfast buffet was very good value and nicley arranged. Great stopover hotel.

Only difficulty is the signage to the hotel is poor and we went astray several times in the dark.

The restaurant here is good for lunch or dinner, the location is wonderful, and the rooms are amazing.

Great place for a stopover during a long road journey, conveniently close to Grande Halle d'Auvergne in a commercial area, comfortable bed in a well-equipped room.

Excellent helpful staff on reception, simple but clean room for 2 adults and 3 kids for stop over on way to spain, various pubs/eateries within few minutes walk.Great value.

pool looked decidedly murky but kids enjoyed a quick dip after long journey.

We chose Clermont Ferrand as a suitable overnight stopping point whilst driving to and from the south of France. The hotel is located in a retail park minutes from the motorway. There are various eating options close by within easy walking distance. The location of the hotel is not the most picturesque but proved to be ideal as a stopover point. Additionally, both the receptionists were friendly and spoke good english.
